    3. Not sure for this particular case, but this type of thing often happens after your browser has been updated. Depending on your settings, you may not be aware that it has been updated. For example, when I updated from IE 9 to IE10 and from IE10 to IE11, a number of websites would not work properly until the website owners updated their own systems. This can take weeks or months. There is a workaround: set the website to run in "Compatibility Mode". I presume the same is possible for other browsers (Chrome, Firefox etc) whenever they do major updates.
