Indeed they are a commercial organisation & if people vote with their feet then they might take note. I took out a subscription (ie a contract) to be able to view their datasets and now it is much harder to do so, so they are not providing the service that I signed up for. Since it's more like ancestry in it's search methods now, I'm not sure it's worth paying for two such similar things. However I had a reply from Paul Dunlop and am hopeful that they are listening and will make access to the individual datasets easier again.
