Curious! I've been consistently using Firefox for several years, and it worked quite satisfactorily with downloads from FamilySearch until this last weekend, but now it fails as I described. Any explanations? I suppose I could set up IE as an alternative browser, but I suspect there's been some tinkering somewhere.
