If you don't use the official feedback mechanism, you will not get your detailed point over. 2. Complaining here is letting off steam (and therefore carries self-satisfaction) but the FMP change is a business project - it's not a Family History exercise. The metrics that the project has will not include monitoring all the mailing lists from how many counties, all the message boards from how many magazines, etc. Don't kid yourself that the conversion project will subscribe to this feed. They are IT people, not genealogists. Anyone tempted to say, "And that's the point...", well, I'd agree to some extent but let's deal with reality. Adrian B
