    3. As far as I am aware all the Gale resources are aimed at educational institutions only. Access at home is limited to those of us with a library card for a library or academic institution who has permission to provide "off-site" access - I believe such libraries have to pay extra for this. With the new BL resource being made available to the public directly that has to be a real plus! AND anywhere in the world too. Just wish the digitising company could learn how to do scroll bars!
