If it is desribed as the Last Will & Testament etc & was signed and dated and witnessed prior to the legal marriage ceremony, even if in favour of the (presumably named)man she marries and his children, it nevertheless becomes invalid on the subsequent marriage. I don't think this is right: if it is made in contemplation of matrimony it is still valid.
