    3. Thank you Chris, The person I'm interested in died intestate aged 74 in 1939. The Probate Index just says 'Administration to the Treasury Solicitor'. She left nearly £7000 which seems quite a lot. There were no surviving siblings and no nephews or nieces and I'd wondered if details of the death duties might prove interesting.
