Frazier, 84, Rt. 5, Box 232, who died Tuesday in a Bakersfield hospital. James M. Edwards of Jehovah's Witnesses will officiate and interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Frazier was a native of California and had resided in Kern County 30 years. He was last employed as a gardener by Calavaras County. Survivors include a sister, Louisa Kimber of Bakersfield, and a brother Charles P. Frazier of Weaverville.
