I would assume that the disposition was completely at the discretion of the surviving party in carrying out the deceased's last wishes. ========================================= My neigbor was a well-known expert of growing cactus from seed. His wife scatered his ashes in the back yard where he did so much work. I'm told this is not lawful The funeral industry in California certainly got their way during the 20th century.
