May 22, 2:00 p.m. Funeral services for Bertha Reese will be held Wednesday, May 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at Mish Funeral Home, Oildale. At the age of 100 Bertha went home to be with The Lord. She is survived by daughter Agnes Johnson and husband George of Perry, Oklahoma; son Fred and wife Virginia of Ramona, CA and daughter-in-law Darlene Reese of Bakersfield. She was predeceased by one son, Olan and by her husband Hubert Reese. She also leaves many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She loved life and lover her Lord. she was never one to complain. Her favorite saying was "Isn't this a great life!"
