His dear friend, Dallas Gilstrap will officiate the service assisted by Pastor Richard Fentimen of the Wasco Church of Christ. Visitation will be held at the Wasco Peters Funral Home from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Floyd had been a resident of Wasco for the past 68 years and was employed by Pacific Gas and Electric for 27 years before retiring 14 years ago. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Beulah Ann Byrd of Wasco; daughter, Carol Wiseman and husband Steve of Palmdale; son, Stephen James and wife Lois of Toulon, Illinois; four grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Melissa and Mark; five great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
