Eugene Gullum of the Church of Christ of Shafter will officiate and interment will be in the Delano-McFarland District Cemetery. Mrs. Fulfer was born in Bennington, Okla. March 4, 1903 and had lived in the Pond area for 23 years. She died October 25 in a Bakers hospital. She is survived by her widower, Virgil; two sons, Edward of Oildale and Coy of Bakersfield; five daughters, Mrs. Lavada DeArmand and Mrs. Patricia Johnson, both of Crescent City, Mrs. Betty Martin of Lakewood, Calif., Mrs. Virginia Marler of Okla., and Mrs. Doris Gilbereath of Georgia; four brothers, Herman, Ray, Lee and Audie Avants; seven sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Winfrey, Mrs. Dorrie Daniels, Mrs. Pearl Gosnel, Mrs. Rosie DeArmand, Mrs. Goldie DeArmand, Mrs. Janie Rutherford and Mrs. Bernice Clark; 23 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
