He was one of twenty-two children. In the early 1950's he served his country in the U.S. Marine corp. He was a simple man with a smile on his face and a joke to always make you laugh. He loved to go fishing down by the river, that was his home away from home! In 1981 Jerry married Vina Wallace. "Cutie" is what he always called her.
