The Rev. Clifford M. Deckan will officiate. Interment will follow in the Garden of Roses section at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Toone was a native of Alabama and had resided in California for 20 years and Kern County 10 years. He had engaged in the farming industry for 30 years and was self-employed. Survivors include his widow, Elizabeth; a daughter, Mrs. Rachel Horton of Bakersfield; two sons, Major Thomas O. of Texas and Bill of New York; a brother, John B. of Texas; two sisters Mrs. Georgia Holland and Mrs. Edna Justes, both of Texas; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
