Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Glennville. Mr. Williams, a native of Los Angeles, moved into the Lynn's Valley district at the age of 12. For many years he had been engaged in cattle raising. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Edna Elden Williams; two nephews, Engle Williams of Stockton and James B.
