Wedding, 77, 207 Hughes Ave, who did November 16 in a Bakersfield hospital. Mr. Wedding, a native of Illinois, had resided in Kern County for 70 years and attended Standard Schools. He worked as a watchman for the County of Kern for 20 years. He also worked for Taft Well Drillers and Gulf Oil Co. Survivors include his wife, Ella; a son, Kenneth E., and a daughter, Velma M. Dovichi, both of Bakersfield; sister Maude Wilson of Los Angeles; brothers, George R. Wedding of San Fernando and Max L. Wedding of Granite Station; 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
