Interment will follow in the Garden of Roses section of Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Amos was a native of Arkansas and had lived in California and Kern County for 25 years. He was an ordained Baptist minister. Formerly he had been a maintenance man for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Survivors include his widow, Linnie Bell; three sons, Jefferson Monroe and Maxwell Elisah of Bakersfield and Paris Delmore of Southern California; two daughters, Mrs. Annie Hill of Bakersfield and Mrs. Elsie Poe of Pearland, Texas; 17 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
