Pastor William Nazaroff will officiate and burial will be in the Shafter Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Valkoff, the former Sara Samarin was a native of Guadalupe, Mexico and had lived in the Wasco-Shafter area for over 50 years. She is survived by her children, Paul P. and Jackie Samarin of Bakersfield, Harry P. and Sally Samarin, Andrew P. and Martha Samarin and Sarah P. and Steve Tolmasoff all of Wasco.
