There is a monument dedicated to the officers and men of USS Hoel, USS Johnston and USS Samuel B. Roberts at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Point Loma, San Diego, California. It was erected in 1995. I wonder if there is anyone on this list who can check this momument - under USS Johnston, there should be a Grant M. Hodges. I would like verification, if possible.
