Colvin, 77, will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of H.R. Borgsdorf Mortuary. The Rev. Charles Jones, pastor of the First Baptist Church will officiate and interment will follow in the Arvin Cemetery. Mr. Colvin was a native of Texas and had lived in Arvin for the past 12 years, residing at 824 Hudson Drive, Arvin. He was a retired farm laborer and died June 28 in a Bakersfield hospital. Survivors include his widow Elizabeth; one daughter, June Agnes Colvin of Spiro, Oklahoma, four sons, Johnnie of Taft, J.
