R. Borgsdorf Mortuary for Mrs. Edna Ellen Fargo, 56. The Rev. Edwin L. Kopper officiated. Concluding services and interment will be held on Sunday in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Fargo was born in Long, Oklahoma, and had lived in Arvin for the past 17 years, residing at 1560 Durham Street. She died Feb. 4 in a Bakersfield hospital after a lengthy illness. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Helen Myers and Mrs. Rose Sparkman, both of Arvin, Mrs. Lorene Young of Bakersfield and Mrs. Clara Powell of Muldrow, Oklahoma; five sisters, Mrs. Marie Williams and Mrs. Vivian Turley of Arvin; Mrs. Pauline Hale and Mrs. Ruby Beavers of Bakersfield, and Mrs. Gertrude Fargo of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; two brothers, Curley Humble of Lamont and Harry Humble of Arvin and 9 grandchildren.
