The Rev. O.B. Robertson, minister of the First Southern Baptist Church will officiate at the services and interment will follow in the Garden of Memory section, Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Harper, a native of Texas, had resided in Kern County 11 years. she was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons Hiram, Texas; John, Oklahoma; and Richard, Healdsburg; five daughters, Bessie Smith, Bakersfield; Essie Tubb and Mary Lou Coffer, both of Riverside; Opal Herndon, Santa Ana; and Pearl Graves, Los Angeles.
