Mrs. Fast had lived in that vicinity for the past decade. She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. H. I. Heinrichs, Shafter; Mrs. Mary Funk, North Dakota; Mrs. Anna Unrugh, North Dakota; Mrs. John Both and Mrs. John Beirksen of Shafter, and Miss Lena and Miss Lydia Fast, both of Shafter. She also is survived by one son, Jacob Fast, residing in Shafter. A member of the Seventh-day Adventist church, Mrs. Fast will be buried from that church in Shafter on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
