Dr. Glenn D. Puder, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery. Mrs. Roberts was a native of Oklahoma and had lived in Kern County 35 years. She was a member of the Emblem Club. Survivors include her husband, Cecil L.; sons, Robert and Forest, of Bakersfield; sisters, Edna Julian, Lonzo Brantley of Los Angeles, James Brantley, Minnesota, Charles Brantley, Fresno, Lee Brantley, Bakersfield, Orvel Brantley, Las Vegas, and grandchildren Tammie Lyn and Ty Cullen Roberts of Bakersfield. Pallbearers will be Walter Weichelt Jr., William Julian, Charles Julian, Phillip Julian, Russell Pettis and John A Stevens. The family suggest donations to the American Cancer Society.
