Rev. Floyd Tuffs will officiate. Mr. Newcomb, a native of Bakersfield, has resided here all of his life. He had been a maintenance man for 2 years and before retiring was employed by Val Kee Termite. He was a member of Woodmen of the World. Survivors include his daughters, Florence Morgan of Torena and Marceline Hayden of Lancaster; sister, Francis Middleton of Mexico; niece, Beverly Lambourne of Bakersfield; one granddaughter, 4 grandsons, and 4 great-grandchildren.
