He was born Oct. 11, 1900 in Longlane, Mo. He lived in California 40 years, having spent the last 14 years on the West Side. He was a member of the Bakersfield Eagles Lodge. At the time of his death, he was employed in the maintenance department of the Taft Union High School. Survivors are widow, Dorothy; daughter, Mrs. Eddie Coffee of Taft; two granddaughters; mother, Mrs. Grace Randles of Long Beach; brother, A. S. of Houston, Tex; sister, Flossie Chaplain of Long Beach and other relatives. Rev.
