    3. Hi Betty, I think I found them. The Robert Lockhart that I sent you earlier was an electrical supply salesman. Look at the following three entries: Thomas Lockhart, single, age 37, living in Los Angeles County, La Rambla in 1930. He was a "roomer." This Thos. also listed his home as Canada English, both parents were Canada English as well. He was an office supply salesman, and he immigrated in 1923. It looks like he may have had a brother, Harry W., age 30, who was living with wife, Margaret, in Los Angeles County, Long Beach, in 1930. He was an oil laboratory worker and immigrated the same year, 1923. He gave the same information on his birth place and the birth places of his parents. His son, Reginald W., age 9, was living with them as well. Another brother may be Willie E. Lockhart, 36, living with his wife Florence, both Canada English. He immigrated in 1923. Willie was an electrical salesman as was the Robert Lockhart I sent you earlier. I think these three boys may be the children of Robert. I found a Franes (Frances?) Lockhart, a 53-year-old widower living in Los Angeles County, Los Angeles, also Canada English. He was a telephone repairman and immigrated in 1888. A Rose P. Butler, 29, of England who immigrated in 1918, was listed as a "lodger" in his home. Maybe this is a connection? Before I go further with this, it would be very helpful if you could tell us the names of the Lockhart children, if you know them. If not, do you at least know their genders? There are a lot of Lockharts in the area in the 1930 census. Hello, As per my other posting, a Canadian researcher is trying to find out whether the Robert LOCKHART living in or near Los Angeles around 1910 to 1920 is the person he is looking for information on ! (Arriving in Canada as a "British Home Child" in 1884.) I found him on census forms in 1910, with a wife and other people in his household. And, to both of us, the information is .. not really correct ! In fact, the information seems "way off." I was wondering if someone with access to the 1930 census could see if he was still living in southern CA and which data is found for him then ! He would like to find out if Robert LOCKHART had any descendants. Thank you for your time. Betty (near Lowell, MA) ==== SOCAL Mailing List ==== Do NOT post virus notices to the list.
