    3. I don't undersand why a public list woud invite folks to view your collection when it is virtually impossible to get ac cess. Perhaps it was a mistake to announce it since the perameters of useage are too complicated for non residents to embibe. Thankyou very much, however, for letting me know that I might be able to get the maps from another source closer to my home.
