Father Juan Rona will officiate and interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial park. Mr. Raper, a native of Enid, Oklahoma had resided in Kern County since 1935. He had been a Roofing Contractor for 35 years and was last employed by Ted Raper Roofing. Survivors include his wife, Altha Raper; sons, Bill and Dale Roper; step-mother, Maud Raper, all of Bakersfield; three brothers; three sisters; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
