Moon, 70, a 30-year Bakersfield resident will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 20, in the Garden of the Holy Family Mauaoleum, Hillcrest Memorial Park with Reverend E.F. 'Bud' Frye officiating. Mrs. Moon died Tuesday in an area hospital. She was a long-time restaurant worker and a member of the Restaurant and Food Service Union. She had worked for many years at the Petroleum Club and some of the finer restaurants in Bakersfield. She is survived by 3 sons, William S. Davis and Michael L. Kerns of Bakersfield and Anthony W. Kerns of Salt lake City, Utah; 2 brothers, Fred Long of Ventura and Luke Long of Houston, Texas; 2 sisters, Gozetta Johnson of Pampa, Texas and Paulette Nichols of Duncan, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
