Here is the rundown of activities at the SCGS Library for February. This month's Lunch and Learn is this coming Saturday, February 11. Lunch and Learn is *free* and open to the public. Lunch & Learn When: Saturday, February 11, at 12:00 p.m. at the Library What: Virginia Genealogy: Regions, Repositories and Experiences Who: Chuck Mitchell Chuck Mitchell began searching in Alabama in 1995, then began attended seminars, classes and conferences in Bay area. He attended NGS in Richmond in 1999, and the Samford Institute in Birmingham, AL in 2000 and 2001. He has attended 4 more National Conferences. He is VP and Program Chair for Questing Heirs Genealogical Society in Long Beach, CA. The Library will be open for patron use following Chuck's presentation; however, the book stacks and computers will be unavailable for research use during the talk. 12:00 lunch is brown bag, or order from the sandwich/pizza shop around the corner.
