Rev. Dwayne Walker will officiate. Mr. Koop was born October 2, 1909 in Cordell, Oklahoma. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of W. W. II. He was a carpenter for 35 years and was employed through and a member of Carpenters Union Local #743. He is survived by his wife, Ruby E. Koop; step-daughter, Renzie Paternoster both of Bakersfield; step-son Milton Billingsley of Culver City; sister, Emma Triplett of Dos Palos; one granddaughter; five grandsons; six great-grandchildren; five nieces; and one nephew.
