The Reverend Robert E. Fosse will officiate. Miss Neate was born August 20 1918 in Bakersfield and had resided here all her life. She was a retired legal secretary and a member of the Bakersfield Legal Secretaries Association. She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Elizabeth Neate and a sister, Audrey Reineking. She is survived by her brother, Ralph P. Neate of Coalinga and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be today from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
