Rev. John W. Ellison will officiate. Mrs. Neate was born in England and had lived in Kern County for 63 years, was a member of Bakersfield Women's club and St. Paul's Guild. She is survived by a son, Ralph Neate of Coalinga; 2 daughters, Mrs. Audrey Reineking of La Puente and Miss Reba Neate of Bakersfield, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
