The Rev. Dexter McMahon will officiate and interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Brown was a native of Oklahoma and had resided in Kern County 23 years. Survivors include her widower, William Oscar; three daughters, Margaret Goatcher and Emma Montoya of Bakersfield and Clella Neil of Oklahoma; five sons, Joe of California, John of Oregon, William Jr., James and Carl, all of Bakersfield, and a brother, Charles Williams of Pasadena; a sister, Ada Sloane of Oklahoma; 26 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
