I need a lookup please, please. Would someone please check the Bakersfield or Kern city/county directories for this name, ca 1940-1950. Am looking for all ARNET, ARNETT, ARNETTE names. Persons: 1. Clyde E. ARNETTE. Marcheta and David ARNETTE. Marcheta, wife, David the 2-5 y/o child. I rather doubt David would be listed. This is the first real lead we have had. Clyde's occupation unknown, maybe mechanic, body and fender person. 2. Any other ARNETTE, ARNET, ARNETTs. I found a photo of David as a child, maybe 2-4, caption "Arnette land in Bakersfield." Not dated. If someone finds this any listings, please let me know, would pay for expenses to Xerox it. While I am asking, would someone please 1920 on.
