Hi, Is there SKS out there who would be willing to look up a obit, death certificate and birth certificate for me in Los Angeles County? His name is Robert Fleming BERNARD, born 13 Jan 1923 in Los Angeles County, the CABI doesn't list his first name. He died 2/3/1997 also in Los Angeles County. His father was Roland BERNARD and his mother Matilda FLEMING. I'm trying to determine if his father is the same Roland Bernard who died in El Dorado County in 1987.
