Hi List, I do need some clarifiaction. Obituaries Is there a public library that will do lookups in Los Angeles County. It is a big area and there are many newspapers for the different areas. What is the best way to tackle obtaining an obit, if one is available? Are there any that do free lookups such as the SF Public library? Death Cert Transcriptions Do any of the volunteers do death certificate transcription? Would I need to know the area where they died, such as last residence as noted in the SSDI?
