Hi Rosemarie, I also have a book entitled "Following the Paper Trail" by Jonathan Shea & William Hoffman; ISBN 0-9626373-4-3. This is a Multilingual Translation Guide that I have seen at the LDS Bookstores, was copyrighted in 1994 and now is in its 5th printing. It contains actual copies of birth & baptismal certificates, passports, death certificates, ships lists, marriage certificates and other documents from all over the world; giving the various alphabets as well as word-lists. Really a worthwhile book, and I highly recommend it!
