Does anyone know how to locate a Polk Directory. This is the equivalent of our White Pages phone book today. I am assisting a close friend of mine who was adopted in the Los Angeles area in 1964. He has gone to the hospital where he was born, St. Joseph's in Santa Monica, but the only clue that they would give him was to find a Polk Directory. Any information that anyone could assist us with we would be deeply greatful.
