The Rev. H. V. Higgins of Sunshine Full gospel church will officiate with interment following in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Garner, a native of Glena, Mo., lived in Bakersfield since 1935. She had lived in the Lamont area prior to moving to Bakersfield. Survivors include her husband William Oscar Garner, two sons, Thomas Garner of Bakersfield and Lee of Lamont; four daughters Nellie Smith of Green Acres, Gladys Garner, Addie Wilbanks and Dorothy Starr all of Bakersfield, eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Donald O'Dell, Ronnie O'Dell, Ron Garrett, Thomas Garner, Mike Smith and Earl Aday. Sharon Kern Co. Volunteer
