"The Jewish Genealogical Society of Los Angeles will present a program on researching Jewish family records in Eastern Europe and Russia, given by Marco Weinman, 1:30 p.m. Free. The lecture will be held at Valley Cities Jewish Community Center, 13164 Burbank Blvd. Van Nuys. Call Sonia Hoffman, (818) 712-9031." The center is across the street from LA Valley College between Fulton and Coldwater Canyon....I have no further information.
