I am thinking possibly I could find a marriage between this lady Swarowsky and Mr. Pope . Will the state of California look for a marriage without a specific date? Or by some wonderful chance is there a volunteer that could look at the CAMI from 1952 back to the earliest marriages for me. I am trying to determine if this Swarowsky Mom is either my sons' great aunt Elaine, or Frances or Ruth or maybe none of the above. The marriage probably isn't there. There are three children born to a Swarowsky mom and a Pope dad the earliest is in 1948 so the marriage would be before the dates covered by CAMI. These births were all in Sacramento Co. There is a Swarowsky Mom in Santa Clara in 1983, dad is Carion, I think they lived in San Mateo in 1978 as there is a child born there of parents of the same name. Maybe they married in San Mateo. There are 2 Smith children born in Sacramento in 1938, 1939 , of a Swarowsky mother. One of them have the middle name "Elaine". A Betty Jane Russell was born in Los Angeles in 1948 of a Swarowsky mom . Where else can I look for marriages ? County records?? Like someone said it is not like I am looking for Smith.
