Looking for info on a MARY ANNE SNOW-(Possibly AKA Mrs. ANNIE THOMAS) Married a WILLIAM THOMAS and lived in St. Albans, VT. around the 1870's Possibly had at least one daughter named Gracie Thomas who was put up for adoption in 1884 in TX. to a white couple named Dick/Richard and Nancy Matthews -AKA- Dick and Nannie McHerd Gracie was Indian but I do not know which, or if both parents were Indian. Gracie's death cert. says she was born in New Mexico but I do not think this is true. ANY info. appreciated! Thanx Brigitte
