Don: I have been looking for someone doing research on this family of Snow's in Newton Co. I have a paper written by someone in your family but I can't remember who. I will find out in the next few days as I am going to Deer and Wayton to talk to some Taylors. Do you know Wilbur Taylor 91 years of age? I have talked to him in the past but I talked to his dau. today and he will be back in about 3 weeks and she will call me to come up and talk to him. Solomon Snow's children and his brother William "Billy" Snow's children came together to Newton Co in the early 1850's and some of the girls I have not been able to figure out. This paper I have says your Leacy Snow was the dau. of my Solomon & Mary Elizabeth Coe Snow. I do not show that but she is the right age to be on of them. I hope Wilbur will be able to figure this out. I am also interested in your Hicks family. Are you a descendant of Jane Hicks from NC? My GG grandfather, Francis Marion Millsaps lived close to her and I understand some of their children married. I heard they all came to Newton co together I suppose on a wagon train. Do you know anything about this? I also know that the Henderson family was married to someone in our Snow family but again which family?? I hope I can get some of these questions answered in the next few weeks. Wilbur's dau. says his mind is still very good so I need to go as soon as possible and try and get everything I can from him. I am going to take a tape recorder. I will share what I get with you. I am going to research the other Breedlove family up there and some of them are marr. into the Taylor family. A Shannon Henderson was the librarian at Arkansas Tech University here in Russellville and he is one of yours, do you know him? Let me hear from you.
