I have the Estate of Abner Snow w. Richard Snow as guardian dated 1831. Abner Snow b. 1817 son of Vincent Snow of Campbell or Pittsylvania County Virginia was orphaned in 1830 and Richard Snow his brother was made his guardian. Would a child have an estate? In a court order page of the Estate of Jehu Snow Jr. (he also has a guardian) from Campbell County Virginia dated 6 April 1837 it states Cash of Jehu Snow Sr. Admn. of Abner Snow decd. I have a record of an Abner Snow, Campbell County died in 1835. Does anyone know who this Abner Snow was? Thomas Snow and Rachael Bennett have a Jehu and an Abner Snow who could have lived in Campbell County, Virginia. Any info. would be appreciated.
