Family note reads-- Zettie's mother : Armilda Hackett ( probably Tackett) Zettie's step grandfather: John Emmet Snow Step grandmother: Jessie Melinda Poyner Snow Step great grandmother: Annie Poyner Zettie's father was William D. Snow ( son of John Boone Snow- family note reads he died in Oregon City). William D. Snow is listed in the Carroll County marriages with Rebecca Armilda Tackett. ( family note reads she died in OK) Can anyone explain why the note would be listing "step grandmother" and "step great grandmother"? William D. died in 1934 so the grandparents wouldn't be raising Zettie?????? I am confused, for sure. Any help on this one???
