I am in possesion of the Bible of Manlius Snow of Sharon Ma. He was born in 1836 in Medfield and married Francis Arabella Blood in E. Medway Ma. in 1858 He was the son of Jedidiah "Harvey " Snow of Sharon Ma. born c. 1810 and who married Lydia Ayers( born Mar. 16, 1811in New Hampshire) and who died Apr. 11, 1898 in Sharon. Most of the family being buried in the Rockridge cemetary. Jedidiah was the son of Jedidah Snow who married Olive Whittemore on Sept. 5, 1805 ( marriage record says of Easton). Jedidiah Sr. was born in June 1783 ( in Stoughton- according to all his marriage records) and died July 20, 1861 in Sharon Ma. Father Uriah and mother Hannah Stevens (married Feb. 9, 1781 in Boston) Uriah Snow was born in 1756 and served in Various companies of Milton Ma. during the Revolution. On 17 July 1786 Timothy Tucker of Milton sells to Uriah Snow of Roxbury land in Stoughton adjoining Uriahs WIFES LAND (later deeds show this to have been the Stevens Property) On Nov. 26, 1788 Uriah Snow of Roxbury sells to Barnabas Snow the above land. This is all I have on the elusive Uriah. I have quite a bit on his descendents and would really like to hear from anyone who can shed light on his parents and progenitures.
