I too have a Snow who was believed to be Cherokee. She married a man who also was Cherokee... both passed for being white and lived most if not all of their lives in the Berryville, AR area, somewhere around the Roaring river. They had 7 children, of which I have their names, and a picture of the youngest daughter, my grandmother, Dove {Rhoden} Bingham, with two of her youngest children, James and Alice. The reason I tend to believe the American Indian connection, is that Dove went to live on the Chickashaw reservation, husbandless, near Ada, OK, where she died in her early thirties in the winter of 1904 while gathering wood in a wagon accident. bob bobette@foxinternet.net
