My husbands ggmother was Mary Bell Snow, she was born in Armstrong County. Her father was Jack Snow and her mother was Annie Snow. Due to her parents death, she was allegedly adopted by a family with the last name of Stager. When she was about 4 years old she was living with Samuel and Elizabeth Snow in Clarion County. I am thinking Jack and Samuel must have been related. Mary Bell Snow married John Henry Arner in Clarion County in 1898. Do any of these names sound familiar? Thanks Judy
